Hot New Classes in the Cold of January

Happy New Year From Andaré Fitness.  2008 is a great year for health, new adventures, and accomplishments!  Here at Andaré Fitness, we are honored to help you meet your health and wellness goals. And of course, we want you to have fun while you are doing it. 
 
New Classes Start the week of January 14th.  Class registration is NOW open.  Class size is limited to 12 people.  Here is a list of the classes we are offering and the times they are at!  Can't wait to make your 2008 Great!

CardioKick  Ready to get moving and boost your fat burning capabilities?  CardioKick is a high-energy aerobic workout that will punch, kick and block your way to a stronger, leaner body. 

 

Wednesday: 5:30pm

 

 

Yogalates  Get long, get strong, get lean!  This mixture of Yoga and Pilates improves flexibility, agility, and economy of motion while creating an evenly conditioned body.

 

Wednesday: 6:30pm           Saturday: 9am

 

Andaré Boot Camp  Attention!  This results-driven conditioning program utilizes the most progressive, innovative, and creative exercises giving you an intense, body-changing workout!

Yoga Improve your health and vitality with Yoga.  Come and enjoy the benefits of Yoga such as stress reductions, improved posture, relaxing the body and mind, promoting restful sleep and so much more.  (1 and 1/2 hour class)

Kettlebell Circuit  Kettlebell training is a sure-fire way to shrink your waist while you build upper body and explosive leg strength and flexibility.  Combination kettlebell exercises give you an unbelievable muscular and cardio workout and the body to show it.

Saturday: 8am

Lunch and Crunch: Maximize your time and sculpt your body with this lunch time workout.  Fit this     session in to tone your body and energize the rest of your day.

Monday or Wednesday or Friday: 12pm

 Weight Loss Workshop: This 4-week workshop gives you the tools and the support to lose weight and keep it off.  Get a personalized meal plan, recipes, knowledge on supplements and the importance of detox, share your victories or your struggles, and learn how to maintain your goal weight!

 

Thursday 7:15 to 8:15pm

 

Kid's Spring Training: Beat winter time boredom with a workout that emphasizes strength, agility, speed and sport skills.  Have fun, be fit, and meet new friends.  Ages 8 to 14.  

 

Saturday: 1pm

 

Life Success Coaching    Learn how to blast through the blocks of fear, sabotage, poor self-image and more. Produce profound results through inspired teaching, expanded awareness and designing environments that support your success.

 

$20 for each class, or register for all 4 for $60!!
